关键时刻!

这里拜我感觉特别忙, 因为有工作.. 我朋友温心也来嘛, 所以要陪她逛街..已经3年多没见她, 她还是个老样子 🙂 里拜三下午我打算早点下班,然后在TAKA见她, 咱们本来想要吃巧克力饮料在espalanade, 然后她说不要, 那只好我们吃缅去了.. 隔天我在 toa payoh 打工嘛, 认识了这个伙伴, 叫白永超, 来自中国,在NTU读机械什么的. 他说他拿到了奖学金, 政府帮他出钱, 可是要呆在新加坡工作6年才行.. 还有一个叫 adeline, 不是很熟, 也是个新来的推销者, 在NUS读艺术什么的..

隔天我上CF, 发作业, 2月份要交.. 上完了之后去找温心.. 跟她一起去 bugis 那边吃laksa, 满好吃的.. 然后逛逛,差不多下午五点左右我送她去机场.. 哈哈. 我真的是个好人吧 😀 送了她之后马上回 bugis.. 要准备吃火锅.. 真好吃.. 可惜没那么多人来.. 有我, ian, jennie, daniel, jessie and yoki.. albert 说他不能来, 他有个亲戚刚去世..所以不能去.. 咱们在天天火锅吃的, 满不错的一个室内地方, 服务有点差, 我相信因为太多人了.. 然后我们也聊了很多有关于推销的事, 听说 abn 明年要更加强.. 我是希望如此啦.. 要不然我们推销者会很难受的吔… 哦对! jessie 也要延长我的工作签约.. 太好了! 我好高兴 😀

吃完了之后我去BENNY家休息, 按铃声每人回应, 那我直接把门打开, 发现有人在里面.. 我就吓了一跳… 还好他们没叫警察.. 然后我详细地让他们知道我是谁咯.. 自我介绍.. 还好我没有被他们赶走.. 哈哈.. 隔天我很早就起床了, 被他们吵醒啦.. 当然.. 然后洗个澡, 准备出发, 去 paya lebar 的邮局总部拿东西.. 然后我就马上搭车去上班..

刚刚晶玲有发信息给我, 叫我现在打电话, so.. 我走啦…
明天写作业啊! 别忘了.. 复习!!!!! wtf!

明天我朋友 温心 要过来新加坡玩, 可是只有2-3天而已呢.. 可惜我好像不能陪她去逛逛, 我明天,后天要打工.. 然后30号也是.. 我这里拜没什么遇见朋友出去玩, 我都在VENT跟我魔售世界朋友聊天 便打便聊天…. 哈哈. 发现我和别人玩在一个虚幻的世界.. 不打也不行.. 每天晚上习惯和他们讲话了..

BOBO：　中国人，这个人年纪已老，差不多３０几，结婚了，有个小孩，　２岁左右，喜欢打电动，闲着生活，我认识他已经很久了，自从他打他的猎人，我还记得在ＵＢＲＳ认识他，他以前是ＲＳ的其中一名，然后好象被ＬＳ踢了，因为他不能用英语跟人家沟通，我把他加到我们ＧＡＲＵＤＡ的公会里．每天晚上几乎跟他去打些怪，然后他的帐号被暴雪封锁，我也曾经帮过他申请新的帐号，做了新的战士了之后，更加亲近，然后我就叫他买麦克风，买了之后他喜欢讲话．．说起来也满好笑．．

KAYSTA:台湾人，年龄差不多２４左右．他是个女的，也跟我满熟悉，自从她在ＶＥＮＴ讲话，知道了不少有关于她的周围人，她现在住在台湾，干那一行我不太清楚，好象当一个医院的柜台小姐，她有了个男朋友叫ＺＡＹ，他在加拿大长大的，跟ＧＡＴＥＬＩ多多少少有关系．这个人一直叫我很小气鬼，因为每次她跟我要水和面包我只给她一点点，我公会人就开始叫我很小气．．Ｔ＿Ｔ哭了．．　她也叫我小白．．就是不要脸的那种人．哈哈．．我们现在说话很直接的，反正在网路上认识的．．哈哈．．希望我下次来台湾的时候我会遇见她．

啊啊!!

圣诞节快要到了.. 事到如今,我 excel, database 作业还是没有完成.. 做报告真不容易.. 学校规定要至少10页.. 我.. 我.. 啊. 死了.. 明天发誓打完了BWL我去KFC做报告.. 今天晚上我妈有打电话给我, 问有关于零用钱的事.. 发财了. 哈哈.. 还有问我何时回印尼.. 他们肯定想念我了吧? 哈哈.. 有可能2月底, 还不确定..

昨天和 kay 聊了满久.. 我突然想念台湾呢.. 想回到过去, 高中快乐有闲着生活..什么都不用想.. 好好哦.. T_T 好啦.. 我睡觉去了..

哦对.. 克里司的帐号已经恢复了.. 他叫我陪他从一级开始, 可惜我没那么多时间去打.. 要不然我再练一个战士.. 部落的..

好吧.. 改天再写写东西.. 我好久没写了.. 没时间..

Chapter 10 the social responsibilities of business organization 19 December 2005

We need to know that business has to run and it has a relationship to society itself. Society means the totality of human relations. We define The responsibilities of a business towards society as: those beyond the basic requirements of the law and the purpose of making a profit.

The responsibilities including: being ethical and to conduct its activities with integrity to wider society, including a variety of stakeholder groups by behaving like a good citizen.

A very good example of organisation’s social responsibility (Johnson and Johnson) is when the company faced unprecedented crisis. Seven people died after taking the Tylenol (headache pills). – laced with cyanide. the J&J taking an action by recalling 90k bottles, sent a mailgram to distributors and customers, and the plant was shut down. It’s important that they’ve taken every possible step to protect the public.

Drucker: Social awareness is organizational staff interest. The needs of society if let unfilled (not taking care), turn into social disease. No institution, whether business or hospital, university or government agency is likely to thrive in a diseased society.

Two contrasting views of corporate social responsibility are present; The classical view and socioeconomic view. The classical view holds that management’s only responsibility in running a business is to maximize profits. (Supported by Milton Friedman). On the other hand, socioeconomic view holders that any organization must be concerned for the broader social welfare, and NOT just for corporate profit. (Supported by Bowie and Duska, Paul Samuelson)

The case against corporal social responsibility including, loss of profit maximization, cost, dilution of purpose, lack of accountability. The case driving the social responsibility including: public expectation, public image, long run viability.

Stakeholder defines: any group or individual who can affect or is affected by the performance of organization. An individual or group of individuals who receive an inducement from the organization. Carrol has classified into two: primary and secondary.
