It’s coming almost to year end and it’s time for me to do some analysis based on the expense data generated by my fave personal financial tool, Quicken ❤
As compared to last year, my overall expenses went up for a whopping 36% to S$22K. Top 3 expenses include increase in room rental (28%), dining (171%), and of course.. government taxes (92%)..
Narrowing down to a specific expenses is a way for me to reminiscence the past, since those expenses are marked and tagged to a certain extent that it triggers my bitter-sweet memories.. well.. some are necessary, some can be avoided, and some are just.. consequences of having a better pleasure in life i guess?
I’m predicting my expenditures for next year will be even more as i’ll be creating expenses that will determine my future.. and hopefully the same goes with my ability to produce income.. 🙂
