日记，泳镜被我撕断了！

今日我呆在家里没事做。也算不是完全没事做啦。。一大早，嗯，也不算早上，我起的时候差 不多已经该中午吃午餐时了。我接一个电话从某某人，是找我说要钱。我问什么钱，那某某人说用来洗空调，上次我住的主人房的空调需要洗，竟然房东这么要求， 我就不好意思拒绝。唉。我一开始说我不同意并且不愿意出钱，四十五块钱，不是什么计较什么，可是那个数字对我来说的确是蛮大的 。

那某某 人开始威胁我说什么如果我不出钱他会揍我什么的，靠。唉，钱啊！朋友之间的感情被它破坏了，我真的无话可说。他接着讲讲讲什么我那空调很脏什么的，当然会 脏啊，你们两个都开二十四小时，并且在房间里面抽烟。。怎么会不脏呢？我没抽烟我空调应该没问题啊！他妈的什么朋友，已经四个月没联络，找我为了跟我要 钱。哇靠。

最后呢，那个某某人就叫我摸着我良心，的确是还在。我曾任我曾经跟他们住差不多七个月久，自从咱们开始住那边，也没洗过空调。到最后我就。。（为了朋友之间的感情，我愿意牺牲了四十五块钱，我也同情他最近家庭经济方面的问题等），我就跟他答应今天就要转帐。

挂了电话之后他发个MSN信息给我说：“苏阿。。刚才有点生气。说话冲得话你别放在心上。实在是需要大家一起付钱。这个你也要明白这个道理。“　他就给他的户口号码，转了之后叫我通知他一声。我已转好了之后他接着说：“好的。你也别生气，我那时候有点着急了。别放心上阿“
我就说“好“。。

事情搞完了，我下午就去游泳。本来要跟我表妹一起去的，她因为下雨，怕生病，到了那游泳池根本都没下去。她就不等我咯，回家去。我一个人游泳。一开始下蛮大的雨，差不多十五分钟雨就停下来了。我要发个短信给她，叫她再过来游，可是我知道她一定不肯，所以呢，我就不问了。

游游游，我不小心把她的泳镜撕断。唉，又要出钱赔偿咯。。。。。靠靠阿靠。。。倒霉。。钱。。钱。。钱。。　谁说它不重要？

This sentence is provoked by one of the game that i’ve never played before, Battle Master. Here’s short introduction of what this game is.

BattleMaster is a team-oriented browsergame merging strategy and roleplaying. It is set in a low-fantasy middle-ages world and players take the role of nobles and lords. BattleMaster is a light-weight game that can be played alongside your other activities. Although you can delve deeply into it and spend more time on it, about 15 minutes per day are enough for regular play, and 5 will do if you are in a hurry. 人至贱则无敌。。何意？

昨天晚上我看这一布电影《大电影2.0之两个傻瓜的荒唐事》，片子还算满不错。最后的结局满感动，有意思。看过后记住了“人至贱则无敌，我们就是三贱客呀！”这句话。我不懂这句到底是什么意思，所以我就用搜索引擎找那句话的意思。

翻了翻蛮多网页终于找到，网上有一些解释，有点乱。应该是从成语 “水至清则无鱼，人至察则无徒”来的，出自《汉书东方朔》，大致的意思是：水太清，鱼就存不住身，对人要求太苛刻， 就没有人能当他的伙伴。比喻过分计较人的小缺点，就不能团结人。

在百度知道上有一个问题 水至清则无鱼,人至贱则无敌! 下面的回复比较有代表性。比如说“一个人贱到了极点什么都无所谓了，当然就无敌了”、“俗话说，不怕不要命的，就怕不要脸的，贱到一定程度就无敌了”。

片子里面的语言不是完全是普通话，讲话如果没有中文字幕我一定会一直重复。我以为是个战争的片子，看到外面海报是个军人，头顶上钉着录像机。哈哈。我建议你们自己去看这部。挺有意思的。

How to create torrent?

Torrents are great, they are the best way to share large files with your friends, or even with people you don’t know at all. But surprisingly enough, not many people create torrents when they need to share something. I have quite a number of friends who know how to download torrents, but when they need to send me their latest 200MB picture collection, they ask me to transfer it through the MSN / email.. wth..

It’s not that I have anything against msn (although the file transfer sucks), but why don’t just use BitTorrent technology? Especially if you want to send something to more than one person, or if you want to share high quality movie RMVB files, because then you can share the bandwidth.

So how do you do this? Well it’s very simple. Open your favorite BitTorrent client and do the magic trick:

UTorrent
1. File > Create new Torrent (or CTRL + N)
2. Select the files and or directories
3. Trackers: This is probably the hard part for most people. But it’s pretty easy, just put in one of the popular public trackers. You can use one or more trackers, but in general one is enough.

BitComet
1. File > Create Torrent (or CTRL + M)
2. Select the files and or directories
3. Select “enable public DHT network” from the dropdown box
This way you can be your own tracker if the public tracker goes down.
4. Tracker server and DHT node list
5. Save the torrent and send it to your friends

Azureus
1. File > New Torrent (or CTRL + N)
2. Tick “use an external tracker”.
3. Select single file or dicectory, click NEXT and point to the file or directory you want to share, and click NEXT
4. Do NOT tick “private torrent”
5. Do tick “allow decentralized tracking”
6. Save the torrent and send it to your friends

面颊酒窝的来源

今天在我家附近的公园跑步时，突然呢，我回想起小时候跟我爸妈一起去“走走“的快乐时光， 不是去游乐园，而是绕我旧家附近的一大圈房子而已。小时候回忆真令我微笑不已。模糊不清的印象还留着，记得通常每个礼拜至少两三次，吃晚饭之后全家人出来散 步。当时我还小，不懂他们在讲什么鬼。我那时好像还是个一年级左右的小学生，而学校位置呢，离我家不远的。好像有一百米吧？记不得了。

这莫 名其妙的“走走”字还留着很深的印象。对我来说是一种特别安慰。每次经过我或者我爸妈朋友家时，他们一定会有说什么有关他们家人的点滴消息。差不多小学三年级呢， 我不仅地问我妈为何我颊上面的酒窝只有一面而已， 另外一面却无, 我妈曰：志良啊，你小时候太顽皮咯，好动，每次老师叫你站着罚站，你都不听。（她说我小时候只听女老师所讲的话，男的都不理）。有一天呢，我跑来跑去时就不小心 碰撞了另外一个顽皮女孩（也正在跑），她也有点好动，叫什么名字我妈有告诉我，只不过很久的事我已忘了，只记得当时好像她比我矮些，所以她就不小心把她的头碰撞了我面颊（好像两者都太笨了，并没注意会发生这种事）。依我妈的故事，我那时失去知觉而晕倒。一小时过后醒过来接着继续跑。哈哈真好笑。两个礼拜后我妈就发现我面颊上有个不完整的酒窝。直到如今。

所以每次咱们走走经过那女孩子家时一定会多多少少提到以前碰撞的故事。我就不仅地笑起来。嘿嘿嘿。

腰酸背痛。。 唉哦

哇靠。。我的腰啊。。

疼痛的感觉，不知道好像我一来新加坡就有这种情形，腰快要段掉的感觉。睡觉感觉也不大舒服。还好在我妈准备的急救箱里面有膏药。贴了膏药之后呢，还是一样痛。真伤脑筋。成年了，我已渐渐感受到变老的折磨。腰酸背痛，关什么节痛啦。。唉。明天如有时间的话，会去碧山菜市场附近那里看中医，看看有无办法把这受不了的疼痛去除。

以下是维护腰背的八个建议

1. 保持好体重：体重的增加通常是不知不觉的，所以我们自己并不能意识到超重对身体的影响。设想一下，如果让你每天背着十斤的包袱，会是什么感觉？
2. 锻炼腹部和腰背部肌肉：整个躯干部的肌肉如果强劲了，就能很好地保护腰背部不受伤害。加强运动，比如打羽毛球、网球，甚至是打扫房间的时候，都可以有意识的锻炼肌肉。
3. 举重物时要保持正确的动作：举重物时注意两腿分开，以保持重心稳定。下蹲时注意收腹，让腰椎始终保持良好的排列。
4. 加强腿部分力量锻炼：除了躯干部锻炼，腿部肌肉在保持良好姿态的身体力学方面也起到重要的作用。强健的腿部力量能够有效分担腰背部的负担。
5. 保持柔韧性：如果身体柔韧性不够，腰部损伤可练习瑜伽、打太极拳等活动来增强身体柔韧性，缓解腰部肌肉紧张。
6. 注意保持正确的姿势：不正确的姿势可以使椎间盘压力增大、肌肉紧张、关节受损。所以，保持良好的姿势对防止腰背疼痛非常重要。
7. 选择适当的床位：对于腰疼的病人来说，应选择硬度适中的床垫，要能支撑起腰部，不要太软而让腰部陷下去。
8. 用小枕垫好腰部：在采取坐姿时应该用小枕头垫在腰部，每隔半小时可以去掉小枕头5分钟，这样能让腰部经常变换位置。坐得太久了应站起或走动一会儿，并做伸腰动作，让腰部肌肉得到休息。
