At last i’ve made my TSHOOT exam appointment, which is going to be on 24th Jan.. 1345hrs.. i’ve decided to fight off procrastination that’s been plaguing me for the past few months by actually picking up a simple phone call to exam centre today.. hopefully within 2 weeks i’ll be able to cope all the topics..

the steam of learning has been up and down since, but Thanks to this site; although it’s been quite a few years back since the first time i read it, but till now, it’s still surprisingly relevant..

So next.. I’ve watched BBC Eat, Fast and Live Longer yesterday, there’re few key points worth mentioning:

  • Calorie restrictions diet (e.g eatin the apple peel and removing its core meat) and cutting off protein intake (lowering down IGF1) will improve longevity..
  • Make your gym and eating habit a routine; do combine fasting (500 calories) and feat days eating technique..
  • Hunger will raise your cognitive thinking..

i’ve tried above calorie restriction method earlier this morning (didn’t consume any breakfast, only managed to drink some water) but it looks like it’s easier said than done.. i’ve ended up eating 燒鴨燒肉飯 at lunch.. argh! X-D that’s a true failure to think about thinking huh… -___-
